Senior Associate- Tax Advisory Services


Job Description-
Should be a qualified CA
Big 4 Consulting experience is preferred
Candidate with mix of consulting and industry experience (in tax function with hands on experience in handling assessment, accounting and understanding of indirect taxes), preferably should have lead finance / tax function for a period of 1-2 years.
Should have long term vision (at least 2-3 years) to lead the tax team and later oversee the Firm's operations as a Partner.
Excellent verbal and written skills

Requirements -

Extensive research on various issues pertaining to Direct, Indirect and International Taxation.

Drafting and sending opinions to the clients resolving their queries pertaining to the above mentioned areas.

Carrying out Income Tax / Service Tax / VAT Assessments of clients with the respective departments.

Performing various compliance procedure of clients viz. Registration with tax authorities, Tax payments, Filing of Periodical Returns, etc.

Managing a team of 2-3 subordinates.

Salary- We have excellent pay scale compared to the industry. Last year, our employees who have completed the appraisal year has typically made 100% bonuses. This is of course to subject to meeting performance objectives.
